Margaret Simpson indicated that some listings from the St Louis Church records had the Brauch surname listed as 'Braeueh' assuming that the old handwriting was difficult to translate.

Buried:
Cannot find any Brauch or derivation buried in the St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville (on Medina County's RootsWeb).

"The burials come from the St Louis Church records. Some are listed under the spelling of Brauch and some as Braeueh. I'm assuming that was caused by the difficulty of reading the old handwriting. The cemetery records are from a walk through of the cemetery, recording tombstones. There were many burials that never had stones or had them but they've since rotted or crumbled so this is not unusual."
