Golden Jersey Creamery

Established in 1931 by Frederick Arthur Martin, Golden Jersey was the first to bring pasteurization to the Rio Grande Valley. It closed its doors in 1995.

Martin Farm and Ranch Supply

Established in 1955 by Alfred Andrew Martin and still owned and operated by family.
